Join local historian Jim Ness for a fascinating guided tour of the beautifully preserved interiors at 11 Lindsaylands Road and 4 Southcroft Road, and discover Biggar’s own answer to Mackintosh’s iconic Hill House.

David Glass Millar was an early twentieth-century architect whose work in Biggar reflects the influence of Charles Rennie Mackintosh and the Arts and Crafts movement. Alongside designing Biggar’s War Memorial, he created three remarkable houses in the town.
