We train Mondays and Thursdays at the Gillespie Centre

Beginner Juniors (Age 4-7) –  6pm – 6.45pm

Beg – Adv Juniors (Age 8-12) – 6.45pm – 7.45pm 

Teens (White – 2 Black Stripes)  – 7.45pm – 8.45pm 

Adults (Age 17+) and Teen Jr Black Belts – 7.45pm – 9.30pm
