EXPLORING DEATH LOSS AND CHANGE (Starts Sunday 26th June 2-4pm). Monthly dates are: 10th July; 7th August; no September class; 9th October ; 20th November; no December class); 8thJanuary 2023; 12th Feb 2023; 12th March 2023; 16th April 2023
WHAT IS IT?
A monthly class on SUNDAYS 2-4pm where participants get together to learn and explore ways to support themselves and others in understanding and coping with death loss and change. It is designed as a series which builds knowledge and understanding so attending as many sessions as possible would be most effective.
WHO CAN COME?
All ages are welcome and whatever your reason for attending you will be made welcome
WHERE IS IT?
Held in Gillespie Cafe
GOOD TO KNOW:
Classes are run by professional psychotherapist with experience in Grief and Loss and an All Faiths Celebrant with Soul Midwife skills. We do not charge as we have been fortunate in obtaining a grant from Scottish Government, but we do accept donations.
If you need transport to help you attend, please call us and we can arrange for a lift.
Note: we will not be doing any individual counselling at these courses but the therapists will be on hand together with pastoral carers should anyone need it.
